This is an exciting opportunity for resourceful and enthusiastic students to work in the eLearning Team, Centre for Academic Development, within a supervised and supportive environment which helps develop transferrable skills for future work or study.

We are looking to recruit two eLearning Support Assistants to triage queries received by the Team during busy periods, help copy learning material into the Ultra course view and provide additional support for enhancing the accessibility of digital learning material and eLearning projects. One post will be required up to the end of December 2023, the other post until July 2024.
Successful candidates must be currently registered students at the University of Aberdeen. Working hours will vary, depending on the level of queries being received, but will typically involve 10-25 hours a week during busy periods, and 1-5 hours a week during less busy periods. Any shift patterns during term time will take into account study commitments.
The position will involve working from campus but there may be opportunities to also work from home. IT equipment for working from home will be provided.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 2, £11.13 per hour.
