eLearning Platform /Marketing Administrator duties and responsibilities

Our 18 Week RTT and Cancer Waiting Times eLearning modules is a core component in our strategy of supporting the NHS improve patient care. It provides hospital staff with expert knowledge and understanding to improve data quality and management of patient pathways.
We are seeking a meticulous and customer facing administrator to manage the eLearning platform, liaise directly with customers and work closely with our internal teams. This role will be split to also support the marketing team with administration duties.
To ensure success, you will have a background of system administration and liaising with customers, ideally with healthcare knowledge / experience. As you are likely to be working on many different tasks at once, it is imperative that you are highly organised and can work under pressure.
The role:
Reporting to the eLearning Managing Director / Director of Commercial Operations, the post holder will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new clients onto the platform, including registering and administrating user accounts, sending documentation and updating reports
- Updating documentation, both internal and client facing
- Liaising with clients regarding general enquiries
- Supporting the marketing team with administration of leads and the CRM system
- Working with Account Managers and subject matter experts on client queries and reporting
- Producing internal orders and reporting
- Answering calls quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with any queries from clients in a timely manner; able to reach consistent, satisfactory outcomes
- Liaising with the platform provider on queries and issues
- Outbound calls to existing accounts when required
- Maintaining data integrity in the company’s systems, including CRM
- Continuous improvement through identification of process efficiencies
- General admin support to the marketing team
- Sharing client knowledge with the Sales team
- You will be encouraged to expand this role as you develop within the Company
The person:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Organised with a “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to build good internal and external relationships
- Ability to use initiative
- Knowledge of RTT processes an advantage
Role details:
