In this role, you will play a key part in continuing to develop and progress both how we best serve our shoppers and consumers as well as the incredible experience we want our shoppers and consumers to get when they visit our stores around the world.
Core Responsibilities
Support larger projects and lead specific workstreams focused on retail improvement and excellence initiatives. These will encompass all aspects of project management ranging from problem definition, scoping, analysis, development of recommendations to implementation and execution.
Facilitate and document best practice sharing related to retail excellence across our branded store portfolio (e.g. Front of House execution, Back of House, Store Staff Development, Labour Management, etc.).
Drive key governance processes to ensure execution within concepts and guidelines.
Develop and optimize best practices for in-store experience and execution (manuals, guidelines, processes, etc.).
Further develop the LEGO Group branded retail excellence toolbox.

By building a strong understanding of our entire branded retail business, you will help drive critical improvement initiatives and excellence projects in close collaboration with key collaborators such as store operations, retail marketing, store development, digital products and other key stakeholders involved in our physical retail business. #LI-NS2
Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidate comes with in-depth branded retail operations experience from world-class brands built through various roles including store management and/or district management coupled with experience driving retail excellence-focused projects (global/regional/local) role. Furthermore, you have:
Solid store operations/management experience from working in retail stores within the last couple of years.
A proven track record of developing and delivering retail improvement projects and initiatives that benefit the overall experience for shoppers and consumers and ultimately has a positive commercial impact.
Strong project management skills that enable you to independently lead projects and prioritize numerous tasks and projects simultaneously.
Extensive key stakeholder management experience and comfort in providing challenge and a different perspective when necessary.
Ability to easily shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational details to be able to drive a very diverse project portfolio.
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills, an open mind and ability work across many markets and organisational levels.
