Catalent requires a Environmental Health and Safety Apprentice to join the Product Development Team within our Swindon manufacturing facility. As the successful candidate, you will will combine on-the-job learning with a program of training and development. The EHS Apprentice is responsible for learning and assisting with the day-to-day EHS activities and will be expected to manage both workload and time effectively and efficiently.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Math’s at grade C/5 or above. And A levels (or equivalent) in a related science subject.
- Good analytical thinking, dynamic, pro-active approach to the workload.
- The ability to analyse data, extract key information, and draw logical conclusions about the data.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to critically assess requirements and select “best fit” approach to meeting company objectives.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels within the team and department in order to achieve quality targets.
