Crick Software are looking for a professional and dynamic Education Consultant to join our sales team.
No day is ever the same for our Education Consultants – from hosting top tips webinars, to chatting to delegates at a buzzing exhibition, to introducing schools to the transformative power of our products at staff meetings – there’s always an exciting challenge on the horizon. If you’re a confident communicator with plenty of drive and enthusiasm – we want to hear from you!
You will be part of a supportive team and will be involved in the full sales cycle, including telephone, online meetings, the preparation of quotes, and customer care follow-up. Throughout you will have access to technical and educational specialists to provide you with a full understanding of the software and their place within the education system.
Tasks
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and exhibit a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience during every interaction, which underpins the growth in loyal Crick Software clients.
Your tasks will include:
· Providing one-to-one web demonstrations of Crick Software products to schools.
· Attending local and national exhibitions to showcase Crick Software titles.
· Managing a personal diary of online demonstrations, customer care meetings and other activities.
· Following up sales leads to complete the sales cycle.
· Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
· Keeping up to date with product developments.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidates will be/have:
· excellent verbal and written communication
· experience of the education market or an interest in education
· good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
· excellent phone skills
· ability to achieve targets
· high levels of enthusiasm, energy and determination
· confident in all aspects of IT

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
