The College of Paramedics is looking for an Education Programme Support Manager. This new position will require a great candidate with a breadth of knowledge across education in the health and care sector.

Working across the Education and Clinical Development teams, this individual will be responsible for the successful delivery of key strategic work streams and programmes, ensuring that they are planned and managed effectively.

The first emphasis will be on overseeing the successful delivery of the substantial CPD e-learning programme, co-ordinating developers, reviewers, clinical leads and design colleagues as well as maintaining the budget and project plan.

Secondly, the post holder has responsibility for working with the Head of Clinical Development for Primary and Urgent Care to oversee the new revised Diploma delivery programme.

In addition to the two elements above the role holder will work across the two directorates to support the Head of Education and the Head of Clinical Development for Primary and Urgent Care to move at pace to develop the offering for College members.
