An exciting opportunity to drive educational improvement for Children and Young People in Bradford.
Bradford Council is looking for a talented school improvement expert to lead the team of advisers and consultants who are focussed on improving the quality of education across all our schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified professional with experience of driving positive change in schools at senior leadership level and a track record in school improvement in more than one school. To be successful, you will need proven experience of school leadership, or senior leadership in a Local Authority, large organistion or national body.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the support, advice and guidance that enables our schools to succeed and improve so that we can deliver the best possible educational experience for our children. They will work closely with the Director of Children’s Services and Assistant Director of Schools to develop and deliver school improvement services.
You will need to be able to demonstrate you can forge effective professional relationships at all levels - with schools and multi academy trusts; with governors, Heads and Principals, teachers and other agencies.
It is important that you share our wider vision for the service and can work with our teams to improve and enhance our traded offer - ensuring we continue to deliver.
