Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring innovator to come and work with the team at Saint Catherines Hospice. We are an enthusiastic Hospice workforce with creative ideas and drive committed to improving the standards of the quality of care for the people we serve. This will be done through education and development of the multidisciplinary team and working in partnership with the local health and care system and education systems.
We have ambition to continue to develop our education strategy both inside and outside the Hospice that sees us as a lead provider of Palliative Care Education. In return we continue to get the very best from all our staff and support them in their career aspirations and development relevant to Palliative and End of Life Care.
The role is crucial in realising this ambition and ensuring that staff receive tailored education and development from experts in the field as well as insight into their own personal development.
There is an expectation that you role model the Hospice values at all times and are credible to both clinical services, wider Hospice services,patients and families.
