Education, Health and Care Plan Co-ordinator
The SEN team is responsible for carrying out Education Health & Care (EHC) needs assessments, issuing and maintaining EHC plans and coordinating the educational placement of children and young people with SEND. This newly restructured, dynamic team is dedicated to moving forward with continuous improvement and working towards robust and positive outcomes for our children and young people.
We are seeking 7 highly motivated, reflective individuals to work within our SEN Statutory team. As EHC Coordinators, the successful applicants will receive requests for statutory EHC Needs assessments and support the process of assessment and development of EHC Plans. The individual will need a sound working knowledge of SEN. The ability to manage a diverse caseload of pupils is essential for this role, as is an ability to work to tight deadlines and a commitment to co-productive working with parents, carers, children, and professionals.
