Education Solicitor / Legal Executive
We are currently recruiting for an Education Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our national team.
This role requires experience of education law from a family or other perspective.
This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of work from home and work from an office.
We are flexible as to which office you are able to work from but please clearly state your preference in your covering letter.
What experience are we looking for?
- A knowledge of Education law is essential. Experience of SEND Tribunal appeals or an interest in securing such experience is required.
- Experience of Judicial Review (related to education or otherwise) or an eagerness to learn would be desirable.
- An understanding of Legal Aid would be desirable but not essential.
