Job Title: Customer Communications and Web Content Specialist
What's the job?
We're on the lookout for a Customer Communications and Web Content Specialist who's ready to roll up their sleeves and join us on this grape-crushing journey. We need a forward-thinking individual who can juggle customer service, website content management and a bit of basic design. If you're a dab hand at Shopify, can create an attractive design in Canva, and can chat up a storm with our customers, we'd love to chat with you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Content Master:
You'll manage the content that goes on our site like new products, web pages, and blog posts. And, if you've got a touch of the grape enthusiasm, you're welcome to join in and help create some of our content!
2. Customer Whisperer:
You'll answer customer inquiries that come through email, web chat, and social media, turning a potential wine crisis into another satisfied customer.
3. Design Dabbler:
You'll need some basic design skills and a creative eye to help make our content visually appealing. We already have an inhouse designer, but if you know your way around Canva, great!
4. Collaborative Rebel:
You'll work closely with our founding team, not afraid to speak up and share your ideas. After all, we're all about shaking things up and challenging the norm!

- A customer service maestro who can handle everything that comes their way.
- Basic design skills and a familiarity with Canva or similar software.
- Experience with content management especially using Shopify.

P.S Content Creators please note. We love your ambition to conquer the social media world, but this role is more about the behind-the-scenes magic of managing and creating our website content. So, if your dreams are filled with becoming an influencer and spending your days creating TikTok dances and Instagram reels, this role may not be your cup of...wine. However, if you're all about making our customers happy and our website look top-notch, then we can't wait to hear from you!
