Job Summary
The Occupational Programs, Business & Education Coordinator is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects assigned by the Dean of Occupational Programs, Business, and Education, ensuring consistency with Schoolcraft College and Occupational, Business, and Education divisions strategy, commitments, and goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.
- Five (5) years experience working in a higher education setting.
- Experience with personnel management, division budgets (including funds and grants), and project management.
- Extensive experience in database development and management, including information gathering, and reporting.
- Proficiency with other software products, including Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools (i.e., Zoom, Teams, etc.) for use in data analysis, customized report generation, presentations, and project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to lead through shared decision making. Strong listening, speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with College personnel, faculty, students and additional diverse populations.
- Innovative, strategic thinker, with the ability to respond positively and creatively to change.
- Exhibit the highest professional integrity and strive for the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.

- Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Work Hours
40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year; M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary
Pay range is $22.62-$35.23 per hour
