Communicate with key personnel to maximise the potential for the success of the maternity training needs analysis Provide timely, accurate progress reports to all stake holders In collaboration with other senior midwives and midwifery managers, contribute to providing and collecting evidence for achievement of CNST at all levels, specifically in relation to all standards where the TNA requires implementation and evidence Work closely with the Quality and Risk Manager prioritising workloads which will include undertaking new projects, training, audit, guidelines and study days as required Work closely with the Quality and Risk Training Co-ordinator and the Quality and Risk Guidelines Co-ordinator to ensure the achievement of the Quality and Risk agenda Demonstrate clear, effective extended communication skills with colleagues and other agencies; to ensure effective implementation of objectives. Provide timely accurate project progress reports to all key stake holders. Know and influence the function of committees that professionally or managerially affect the provision of maternity services
