WHAT YOU WILL DO
Continuous Improvement Collaborates with Franciscan Educators to create data, analyze and develop the training strategies and solutions.
Continuous Improvement Works with the training staff and end users to evaluate the overall effectiveness of data in the training environments and act on recommendations for improvements.
Data Analysis Conducts analysis and uses industry-standard practices to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration users’ specific needs and mental paths.
Event Coordination Provides regular updates on program or project progress and works with own manager to minimize risks and resolve problems. Notifies senior management, with the manager’s support, about progress towards project goals and informs them about issues that require their attention.
Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and coaches the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
Program Reporting Makes recommendations regarding all training processes and procedures.
Training & Education Assists in the training and development of training staff.
Training Delivery Delivers classroom instruction to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
Training Development Designs and develops complex tools that measure and record the students’ mastery of learning objectives using industry standard development principles.
Training Material Development Creates reusable online and paper-based guides for the development of manuals, forms, procedures, and other user information products.
Training Material Development Creates materials to provide on-the-job assistance with an application or skill. Includes, but is not limited to tip sheets, FYI’s, curriculum, tip videos, and eLearnings.
Problem Solving Analyzes problems systematically and logically, and is resourceful when developing and implementing solutions.
Work Planning Develops and implements work plans with actionable components and measurable outcomes. Proactively monitors key performance indicators, and makes real-time adjustments to ensure that projects stay on track.
People Management Activities Provides input in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
Staff Support Provides others with the information they need to do their jobs.
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Master's Degree
10+ years Relevant work experience Required
8 years Relevant Franciscan Work Experience Required
Instructor Application Credentialing - .
FA Instructor Credentialing - .
Obtain Application Credentialing as required
