ABOUT THE ROLE
The Farmacy Sales & Education Coordinator / Executive* executes strong relationship-building, training, sales competencies, events, and store-level inventory and merchandising management. They have passion for skincare and demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills, and a reputation for commitment and follow-through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell and educate in stores to hit and exceed sales goals for the territory
- Partner with their manager to strategize and maximize monthly store visit and call cycle schedule to drive the business, and focus on top performing stores
- Execute education and event initiatives and exceed sales goals
- Develop and build strong relationships with SEPHORA key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support
- Collaborate with manager + Director to build impactful store-by-store action plans to address store needs and support sales goals regionally
- Provide clear and valuable feedback to RSM and Field Director on sampling, education, products, and overall opportunities in your market
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a passion for skincare, conscious beauty, and Farmacy
- Flexibility regarding work hours: evenings and weekends is required. (Focus on Thursday-Friday-Saturday for strategic selling days)
- Able to reliably commute to stores minimum four days a week
- Minimum 2+ years of retail, sales, and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare
- Must live within the metropolitan area
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence
- Strong product knowledge, brand messaging, training, and selling
- Ability to create a strategic calendar and call cycle for 30+ doors
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and multi-store visits
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; email and phone skills essential
- Ability to take strategic action based on analysis of business results + priorities
- Basic computer skills a must: Excel, Zoom, Outlook/Gmail email + calendar management
- Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented
- Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
