JOB DESCRIPTION

Busy Buttons CORE Charity seeks an Educational Administrator, to help with current and ongoing charity's educational programmes and community events. This position will work as part of a successful team to ensure the smooth execution of educational programs and events to help young people in the local community. We work with organisations from various sectors including Government agencies, world heritage organisations, corporations and other not-for-profit organisations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Supporting the charity with general and educational administrative duties, we require assistance with the following;
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Proudly represent the charity
  • Uptake other duties as required
  • Liaison with team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Learn and follow policies and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Windsor, SL4 1TF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Education Administration Occupations: 5 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (preferred)

Work Location: In person
