We are LineIn, a medical triage service provider within General Practice across the UK.
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Scheduling Assistant. As Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently planning and managing work schedules for our employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining optimal operational efficiency.
Our ideal candidate has effective organisation skills to ensure optimal use of staffing resources and to review workforce requirements as required. They would also have excellent communication skills to liaise with employees at all levels. As this is a work from home position, effective communication while working remotely is a must.
Additionally, our ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Rota Manager, or in a similar role. Experience with using shift management software such as Sling and Human Resource Management tools such as PeopleHR is a plus.
Our new Scheduling Assistant would:
- Design, manage and update rotas, guaranteeing adequate support and staffing for all our customers.
- Create and maintain rotas according to Team Leaders’ and management’s specifications, while ensuring compliance regarding labour regulations.
- Proficient in using scheduling software or tools to create, manage, and maintain employee schedules.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Be responsible for updating all absences.
- Allocate new starters to shift patterns and rota.
- Reconcile annual leave on PeopleHR and Sling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms - Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, PeopleHR, Sling.
- Be available from 07:30am - 1:00pm. This is the shift pattern available. Non-negotiable.
