They can view ALL superyachts available to rent, get expert advice from our comprehensive destination guides and be inspired by our bespoke superyacht itineraries. We connect them with a knowledgeable local charter broker to help plan and book their fully-crewed private yachting vacation.
We are currently seeking an Editorial Assistant to join our digital content team. This will be a entry-level position perfect for a candidate who has recently graduated or finished a related internship in the Digital, Communications and PR sector. As the Editorial Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the editorial team in creating and publishing high-quality content for our digital audiences.
You will be exposed to a wide range of duties across the editorial department so you will be able to build you career with the right foundation. To be successful in this position you will be both independent and able to work closely with others. The role is office based from our Head Office in the heart of Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the editorial team in researching, writing, and editing articles and news stories
- Familiarise yourself with the company editorial preferences
- Work with the team to create engaging content, including articles, news and features
- Monitor industry news and developments to identify potential story opportunities
- Use industry press releases and turn them into engaging and useful content appropriate for our audience
- Proofread and fact-check articles before publication
- Assist with social media content creation and posting
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the smooth running of our publication
- Picture selection and basic editing
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties

Experience & Essential Skills:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of what constitutes clear, concise and articulate writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Advantageous, but not essential:
- Experience working in a digital media environment
- Experience in writing and publishing articles
- Basic knowledge of the yachting industry
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
