We are currently recruiting for a freelance video creative to join our small SHFT team on an ongoing campaign that we are leading in mainland Europe. We are looking for creative individuals who can bring their own flare as well as bright ideas to the table.
We are looking for multi skilled individuals but you will more often be specialised in your role.
We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years experience in video creation and a portfolio/showreel as evidence of this.
Freelancers who are able to bring their own equipment such as laptops, cameras and gimbals will be compensated for doing so.

Editor
This role entails producing daily video and graphical content for social media channels as well on occasion for national broadcast.
You will be editing in the office as well as remotely on occasion.
This role will require:
- Advanced understanding and experience within Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects and motion graphics an essential skill.
- Ability to organise, cut and edit footage under pressure to produce high quality content with fast turnaround times.
- Understanding of video codecs and formats across different channels of delivery.
- Experience with subtitling, sound editing and colour grading.
- Experience using and operating cameras and lighting equipment also a bonus.

If you are successful, we will be in contact between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday 15th February.
Successful candidates will be required to work for 5 days a week, in the office or out on assignment.
Contractors will also be required to remain, with our team, on location overseas for the duration of their contract, however the nature of the work will allow you to explore and see the country and enjoy the lovely summer weather.
