What you’ll be doing…
As the Assistant Editor, your primary focus will be creating digital-first content for the website, that where appropriate, you will deliver to the magazine. You will create articles and features that give advice, ideas and information.
You will also help to create case study articles for the magazine by sourcing and commissioning readers’ homes projects. You will be an organised individual who will help with managing special events such as our annual home awards scheme.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- Experience in written content, both digital and print
- Interest in homes media space and ideally, self build, renovation and house design.
- Ideally experience in sourcing and commissioning
- An understanding of SEO and google analytics
- Strong contact book, bursting with industry and press contracts, and external contributors.
- Great organisation and communication skills
