eCommunity and eRoster Administrative Assistant Band 3 - 37.50 hours per week, fixed term

As a member of the eCommunity and E-Roster team you will be required to work autonomously, to support the Trust with Principles of Safe and effective staffing through the use of the rostering system. You will be the first line of contact, dealing with emails and verbal requests from all levels of staff across the Trust.

You will escalate problems as they arise through the Allocate Portal and Allocate Support service desk.

You need to be organised and Solution focused with good IT knowledge and skills, working in a small supportive team.

Providing ongoing support and advice to ward managers and other roster creators as required.

Raising problems to allocate and different ways and to the Team as appropriate. Ensuring rosters are Finalised in a timely manner and any non-compliance is is escalated until it is resolved.

Produce reports for staffing ensuring data uploads are completed, while monitoring the generic e-rostering email account providing responses and escalating to eCommunity and E-roster Support officers when appropriate.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding adults and children therefore if the post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended) the successful candidate(s) will be subject to a criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS must be met by the successful candidate(s) through salary deduction. DBS charges are as followsif applicable to the post:

Standard Check: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.

Enhanced Check: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
