Job Description


You will be joining our growing eCommerce team assisting the e-commerce trading specialist and manger. You will review customer journeys, suggest improvements, support online merchandising, assist with day-to-day tasks, review online trading. Whilst playing a pivotal role to help improve the customer shopping experience. You will be focussing on GAME, so if you have a passion for all things gaming and are looking to grow your career in a fast paced and dynamic environment - look no further.

  • Optimise site navigation, customer journey, merchandising of core pages and product placement to drive online sales.
  • Support eCommerce Merchandisers in delivering seasonal promotions and price amendments across the website, in line with the company trading calendar.
  • Suggest site improvement and impact positive change to customer journey during daily site walks.
  • Complete data analysis of campaigns and online categories and share with key stake holders.
  • Support eCommerce Trade team with merchandising the GAME Reward App.
  • Setting up products on the GAME website, ensuring they are effective across all devices, consistent with similar product types and compliant with brand and partner guidelines.
  • Working with the wider functions, ensuring the online customer experience is market leading.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the ecommerce team and be prepared to go the extra mile.

Qualifications
  • IT Literacy i.e. Excel, Word, Web based systems.
  • A passion to work within the retail or gaming industry.
  • Knowledge of video games (desirable).
  • Able to work in high-pressure and fast paced situations.
  • Keen eye to discover customer experience issues and flag them to the business.
