Mashroom.com is seeking a highly motivated Junior Creative Producer to oversee the production of video content across tax, legislation, insurance, property management, and mortgages.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop innovative and captivating content ideas together with the team of experts that align with the Mashroom.com brand voice and resonate with our target audience of landlords.
• Collaborate with a team of copywriters and utilise AI to produce high-quality scripts that capture the essence of the content idea.
• Organise and manage shooting activities in our central London studio with the hosts and guests.
• Establish partnerships with other YouTube channels and external guests that can contribute to the content production process.
• Ensure the delivery of consistent and quality video content for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok including long-form and short-form videos.
• Oversee the internal editing team to ensure that all content is edited and optimised for maximum engagement and YouTube SEO.
• Optimise video content for web SEO and ensure that all videos are published on Mashroom.com’s website and other relevant platforms.
• Analyse and report on channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in video production or content creation, with a track record of producing successful video content.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, as well as an understanding of video optimisation and content distribution best practices.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and web SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for creative idea generation and video production.
