Job description
We’re looking for an exceptional eCommerce Marketing Strategist to help create and execute innovative, far reaching and transformative eCommerce strategies for multiple clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with select, pre-screened clients who have big ambitions to scale and big budgets at their disposal, you will optimise your team’s resources to plan and execute strategies that increase bottom line profits from month to month as quickly as possible.
Leading a team of Facebook Ads buyer, Google Ads buyer, CRO expert, Analytics Expert, Copywriter and a Video Editor/Graphic Designer to deliver fast, rewarding results for your clients.
More specifically, your time will be spent on:
Client management
- Building a strong rapport and understanding and influencing client expectations
Driving results
- Setting aggressive, yet realistic targets & meeting them
- Ensuring your accounts achieve month on month growth
Strategic data-driven thinking
- Performing in depth research and using the growth hacking process to generate ideas
- Setting quarterly & monthly objectives & key results
- Monitoring the most important eCommerce metrics (LTV, AOV, CR, CPA, CTR, CPM)
Marketing Expertise
- Bringing your skills and experience of all things eCommerce to the table such as (not all required, we appreciate variety of backgrounds and specialties):
- Customer psychology & copy strategy
- LTV optimisation
- CVR optimisation
- Facebook ads
- Creatives strategy
- Data analytics, tracking & attribution
- Email marketing
- Google ads
Team Leadership
- Involving other team members in analysis, ideation and execution
- Providing direct feedback for your team & coaching them to continually develop
Project management
- Monitoring quarterly & monthly objectives & key results weekly & planning how to better meet them or pivot
- Following defined company project management framework and processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Accustomed to working in English and have an exceptional understanding of Facebook Ads and eCommerce. Experience of Google Ads is a PLUS.
- Have already scaled multiple stores and you’ve got the numbers to prove it.
- Have true hands-on media buying experience and while a natural leader, you are also a doer; taking initiative and control from the team where necessary to ensure your clients are on track.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure that projects run smoothly and clients are happy.
- Know how to manage expectations and are comfortable guiding and explaining results to both clients and team members.
