Hello - thank you for looking our this vacancy. At the Globe, we are looking for part time team to work flexible hours which will include some evenings and weekends. This would be particularly suitable for students, people looking for a 2nd income over and above their day to day job, or possible young parents looking to work part time around childcare arrangements!
The most important thing is you have a can-do approach to this role, be bubbly and enthusiastic and want to get stuck in and deliver great hospitality to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean for the next guest
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Uphold sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations

Salary: £7.33-£10.42 per hour
