Our products are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and Fairtrade certified confirming pure and chemical-free cotton and a traceable supply chain.
We are looking for a qualified e-commerce marketing manager to take the lead in developing & executing a successful digital marketing strategy for the brand.
Responsiblities
● Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
● Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, social media and emails) with a weekly/monthly calendar.
● Design and implement marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Adwords, Instagram, Facebook, emails) and related processes in line with the overall strategy.
● Measure and report on campaign performance and all other major performance metrics (e.g. conversion rate. average order value, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, click-through rate, website traffic, etc).
● Manage the marketing budget and track Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Revenue Per Click (RPC).
● Handle SEO efforts - keywords shortlisting, usage, image optimisation, content etc. Keyword research and contextual understanding of what works and what doesn't in the lifestyle market.
● Manage our e-commerce store on Shopify, measure site performance and identify improvements.
● Manage all activities of Influencer marketing from selection , execution to measurement.
● Build relationships with potential partners (e.g Yoga studios, gyms, wellness centres, etc) and generate offline opportunities.
● Monitor competition product, digital & sales strategy & actions to provide ideas to differentiate.
● Maintain the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure our brand stays top of mind.
● Handle enquiries and customer support.
Experience & Skills
● Proven experience as Digital Marketing manager or similar role.
● Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices in B2C social media, Google
Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
● Experience with E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
● Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Active Campaign, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, etc.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
● Comfortable working hands-on in a fast paced start-up environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
● Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
