WITHIN YOUR TEAM

We are seeking an eCommerce Customer Support and Sales Operations Coordinator to join our eCommerce team. You will report to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Operations and work closely with the Logistics and Customer Service Manager and Pantone’s eCommerce team. This position is fully remote within Europe.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Be a solution provider, change agent, and expert multitasker. With a passion for process, the ideal candidate will support the team’s mission in two ways. First, you will be the customer-facing support helping our creative customers solve their problems. As an eCommerce Customer Support and Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll help field customer e-mail, and phone contacts while interfacing with other Support teams. While you aren’t providing best-in-class customer service to our EMEA customers you will aid the logistics manager ensuring our supply chain is running smoothly and we have the inventory of our world-class products for our customers to buy.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK it is preferable to be in or around Kent as there will be occasion to visit the office in Ashford.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Perform customer service duties for inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat, including account queries, product, invoice or shipping queries

  • Communicate and provide proactive information concerning customer-related issues to key business partners

  • Prepare and send response letters and company information to customers

  • Help coordinate our internal order process across different channels (eCommerce, Amazon, Direct) to ensure we have inventory in our German and United Kingdom warehouses.

  • Coordinate internal inventory forecasts across teams

  • Inventory ordering/coordination with German and United Kingdom warehouses.

  • Manage logistics carrier claims (i.e. UPS, Fedex)

  • Support Amazon EMEA order intake

  • Monitoring orders status through the logistic pipeline from Pantone in New Jersey, US to our warehouses in Germany and the United Kingdom.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS/HAS:

Language: English fluent, preferably an additional European language (French or German)

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and use these to influence outcomes with persuasiveness and credibility.

Global Perspective and Learning Agility: A systematic, structured view of situations while staying focused on the big picture.

Results Oriented: A track record of achievement, and accountability, and are an independent self-starter

Judgement and problem-solving skills: Naturally inquisitive, independent critical thinker, proactive problem-solver, and detail-oriented, grounded in sound business judgment

Ideas driven: Capacity to be open to new ideas, and ambiguity and are comfortable exploring areas with little oversight where there are no right answers

Digitally literate: Comfortable using various software programs. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, emphasizing Excel proficiency. Be able to organize and keep information/data in Excel.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Experience working in customer service or a customer-facing role

  • Intermediate or advance level of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in logistics industry (preferred)

  • Background and interest in design-based industries (would be advantageous)
