About Nudo Adopt
Nudo Adopt supports olive farmers running small-scale groves in Italy to continue using sustainable farming methods whilst knowing the oil they produce has been pre-sold directly to a customer.
Nudo Adopt transports the oil directly from farmer to customer without an intermediary such as a supermarket adding to the carbon footprint.
Buying from Nudo Adopt, customers know the exact provenance of their oil and the cultivation methods used to produce it.
Due to an increase in the volume of workload; we are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Service Administrator to join our small team working remotely.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a person with a flair for customer service and a passion for delivering service excellence. You will need to be confident on the telephone, as well as manage a customer query portal and able to communicate with customers politely and effectively.

- Computer literate and good keyboard skills
- Minimum 1 year Customer Services/Ecommerce Admin experience.
What will you be doing?
The role of Ecommerce Customer Service Administrator is to provide an excellent customer service experience for Nudo Adopt customers managing customer questions, queries and complaints in a timely manner, along with managing the day to day website orders placed by customers.
Daily duties will include:
- General enquiries (advice and support)
- Tracking/Complaints
- Data inputting – quickly and accurately
- Handling all customer interactions with care – delivering a ‘first class’ customer experience at all times.
- Effectively dealing with telephone, email, complaints and general customers enquiries
- Processing customer website orders to our two warehouses based in the UK and US
- Maintain an accurate delivery schedule, ensure orders are received on time, chase warehouses and update delivery dates where necessary.
- Ad-hoc tasks as the business requires
What do you need to know?
This is not an entry level role so you must have relevant Office 365 and customer service experience to apply.

20 hours per week, 4 hours a day Monday – Friday (Hours flexible to fit any existing commitments)
