About the role
Our charity shops and online selling platforms play a significant role in raising funds to enable us to provide our services for people across Coventry and Warwickshire. We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Assistant to join our close-knit online sales team.
As an eCommerce Assistant, day-to-day work will include:
- Photographing items
- Creating online sales listings
- Maintaining our retail website and other selling platforms
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring that items are well packaged and dispatched on time
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Organisation skills
- A keen eye for detail
- An interest in fashion and/or collectables
- Experience in online selling
Other roles you might have experience of could include: E-Commerce; Customer Service; Sales; Retail; Digital Marketing.

About The Myton Hospices
The Myton Hospices is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care across Coventry and Warwickshire and with a national profile. We have 3 hospices, 2 inpatient units and an ever developing range of outpatient and community based services.
We have over 300 staff and almost 1000 volunteers who are committed to improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
