Customer Service Assistant: ecommerce and wholesale

What you’ll do day to day:
- Customer Service via email, live chat and phone, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Escalating any problems to the Customer Service Manager and Wholesale Manager
- Replying to reviews (we have received over 5000 reviews, and average at 4.8/5) You can check these out on our website https://littlegreenradicals.com/pages/fans-and-feedback
- Processing orders, returns and exchanges for customers and wholesalers, using Shopify, Faire & Brightpearl (Training provided).
- Updating customers on the progress or any changes to their order.
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding any issues with delivery, claims processing or changes to an order.
- Organising samples to be sent to our stockists.
- Taking a leading role in organising our sample sales.
- Managing our Super Loop Clothing Return Service https://littlegreenradicals.com/pages/superloop-clothing-return-service
- Ordering packaging for the warehouse and stationary for the office.
- You will report to the Customer Service Manager, however you will also work closely with our Marketing Team regarding website content, the Production Team regarding our collections and the Marketplace team regarding customer queries.
What we’re looking for (experience and skills required):
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- A-Level or equivalent (Required)
- Someone who will go above and beyond to help customers have a positive customer service experience.
- Friendly manner, adaptable and a good communicator
- Good level of verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to process orders using a computer
- Very organised, with a structured approach to completing tasks
- Interest in our brand ethics and ability to engage with our products
