Alton Towers Resort is now recruiting for the 2023 season.
With a huge variety of food units and restaurants spread across the Alton Towers resort, there are plenty of roles that you could be working in. From Woodcutters Bar & Grill where we freshly prepare delicious meals, to the UK's first rollercoaster restaurant, we have something for everyone.
We are currently looking for Food & Beverage Hosts to join us over the Easter & Summer holidays working across our wide range of outlets.
Roles available include; Bar Staff, Waiting Staff, Till Staff, Kitchen Assistants & Porters, along with General Assistants and Food Servers.

*Please note that these rates will increase from April 2023.

The ingredients for success
You will be offering the park visitors the best possible customer service in an efficient manner, serving food and drink. You could be working in a front of house role, or working behind the scenes helping prepare the ingredients for our fantastic meals. We have a huge variety of F&B units and restaurants. We will aim to get you into the most suitable role possible and provide you with the required training.
What does this role entail?
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Providing excellent dietary and menu knowledge
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Providing our guests with the best possible service
- Setting up and closing restaurants before and after service
- Clearing tables
- Some front of house staff may be required to work on tills - full training is provided
What we require from you
- A passion for food and service
- A willingness to learn with a positive can-do attitude

- No previous experience needed as we will give you all the training you need to be the best at this role
