Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children? Do you have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and a desire to support and nurture the development of early learners? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Early Years Teaching Assistants. Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in the early years. Provide individual and group support to children, helping them with their learning and development. Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage social and emotional development. Assist with daily routines, including meal times, toileting, and outdoor play. Collaborate with other staff members and parents to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood education. Requirements: Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working with young children is highly desirable. Knowledge of early years curriculum and child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
