What you’ll do as an Early Years Sector Lead

As the Early Years Sector Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum offerings and establishing strong relationships within the early years sector. You will work closely with key stakeholders, supporting the overall HIT & C2C business strategy and ensuring the outstanding delivery of a range of qualifications, including apprenticeships and commercial courses.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Identifying sector trends and requirements from external sources
  • Developing relationships with external trade bodies and sector-specific working and collaborative groups
  • Ensuring our current curriculum offer and delivery model meets the needs of the sector and complies with regulatory bodies including ESFA and Ofsted
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities for Early Years
  • Collaborating with the Quality Team to ensure that Quality priorities are met
  • Collaborating with the Quality Team and Sales Business Development representative to ensure they are aware of Curriculum and Early Years sector priorities and developments
  • Updating Operational Teams and Early Years Vocational Trainers on Early Years curriculum developments

About you

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years sector specialist with the following skills and experience:

  • Signficiant experience across various roles within the Early Years industry, including a proven track record in a management or supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of the diverse Early Years establishments and their specific needs.
  • Ability to represent the company and the sector at a national level, liaising with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and drive positive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business and industry data to inform curriculum development.
  • Desirable: L5+ qualification in Early Years management.

Our Early Years Sector Lead with C2C can expect a competitive starting salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on your skills and experience.
