The position of Early Years Lead is a pivotal role for our academy. We are looking for an ambitious middle leader with a true passion for Early Years to join our Senior Leadership Team. Within this post, you will be teaching our Reception class whilst overseeing the delivery of our EYFS offer within our two Nursery rooms. We have a room of two year-olds and a room of three year-olds in our Nursery and collaborative, enthusiastic and proactive teams within both rooms that you will thoroughly enjoy working closely with. There is a shared sense of purpose across our EYFS colleagues and every staff member loves what they do.
If you're passionate about supporting our students and would like to join a friendly, supportive and welcoming team of staff, we would love to hear from you.

- We have regular CPD opportunities, both through the school and the trust and are always looking to develop our staff
- We have a team of happy, proactive and supportive colleagues who are welcoming of new staff
