Total People; one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to come and join our Childcare Delivery team in the position of Learning Coach.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team, to provide the best experience for our learners who are undertaking an apprenticeship in Early Years Level 2 and 3, to create opportunities for them and to be the best they can be! This role is Fulltime (37 hours) over Monday to Friday. This is predominantly a remote role where you will be out and about visiting learners in their workplace or one of our centres. Part time applications will be considered.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting a number of learners in their workplace across your specified region to help them gain new skills and progress in their careers. We offer a holistic organisation approach meaning, you can support businesses with their specific recruitment needs to embed new skills and support them in retaining and developing talent.

Although you will be working remotely you will be part of a supportive and experienced team, so help is always on hand. Our teams get together both virtually and in one of our many centres on a regular basis.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- To manage and maintain a caseload of learners and carry out regular learner interventions ensuring the learner receives a quality learning programme.
- To ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding and Ofsted is captured effectively and timely
- Coaching, observing and assessing learners in the workplace to ensure they achieve their highest grade possible at end point assessment and gain transferable skills within the workplace.

No day is the same and you will visit various locations predominantly, within the northwest and greater Manchester. You will be responsible for managing your own diary which allows you the flexibility to manage your own time and should you wish to, work from home when not visiting learners. A car allowance is paid as you will need your own transport, you will also receive mileage expenses.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to meet the following essential criteria:
- Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications (at a level higher than delivery), and/or current updated CPD
- Level 2 Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of coaching to support learning
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
And if you meet the following desirable criteria even better:
- Coaching Qualification
- TAQA, AVA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification
- Knowledge of Government funded training

As an employee of Total People you will receive the following salary and renumeration:
- A salary of £24,000 Per Annum
- Car Allowance of £3,750 per annum and business mileage is paid at 25p per mile
