Job description
Opportunity for an experienced Global Head of Procurement to work with a small supply chain team operating strategically alongside ambitious and entrepreneurial management in a rapidly expanding business.
Specific Responsibilities:
- To identify and improve existing procurement processes and controls within the company.
- The Head of Procurement will provide commercial leadership to help define, drive, implement and deliver on strategic objectives, business plans and budgets.
- To identify and improve existing commercial agreements within the business, whilst undertaking a continual review of pricing to ensure protection and sustained growth in margin for all current and future product ranges.
- To identify new product opportunities from inception and design through to sourcing and fulfilment, ensuring that the business continues to lead and innovate.
- Quantify the likely financial impact of key strategic, tactical, and commercial decisions, including investments in people, product development and alternative sourcing channels.
- To produce management information, KPIs and budgeting regularly.
- Attending and representing the brand at global trade shows.
- Fostering and strengthening existing and future supplier and manufacturer relationships.
- To work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic procurement planning.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development for the supply chain team.
- Keep the senior leadership team abreast of key developments and seek timely input and buy-in as appropriate.

- Experience of working within an e-commerce and/or internationally-focused manufacturing business is highly desirable.
- Experience of working in a homeware's, specifically kitchens and bathrooms is highly desirable.

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
