Early Careers Administrator

The opportunity:

The Early in Careers Team, who are part of the wider Talent Acquisition team are looking for an Early Careers Administrator to help support them with a number of key administration tasks. No two days will be the same, and you must be comfortable managing a high volume of work which can change daily. You will predominantly lead the onboarding for our new starters - Graduates, Interns and Apprentices, ensuring the candidate experience is at the heart of everything that we do.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting all things early careers recruitment, you will be arranging interviews, managing our mailbox in a timely manner and onboarding our new starters.
In addition to this, you may be asked to support with screening CV’s, reviewing video interviews, and making sure our applicant tracking system is up to date. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to think on your feet.
You must have strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload as well as ensuring the candidate experience is at the heart of everything you do.
Your skills and experience:
Ideally you will be competent at managing a busy and varied work load and be really comfortable with multiple tasks and requests and navigate your way through those that are priorities and those that can wait.
You will be a competent administrator who can work with a variety of stakeholders and put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, just like us.
You will have strong attention to detail, and be able to work within clear deadlines, and be competent to manage your own workload.
Naturally you will be well versed in administration and a natural team player.
The reward:
The salary offered for this role is between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. As well as this we offer an excellent lifestyle benefits package which includes:
