Where we need your help
2021 brought exciting new developments at Monica Vinader as we launched a new piercing service in our stores. Your skill, experience and knowledge will help us deliver an unparalleled service to our customers in a fun, accessible, luxury environment. You will provide piercings to a high standard in our London boutique network.
What you'll do
- Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces
- Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
- Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience
- Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our customers
- Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
- Consult and guide our Retail Operations team on legal, technical and safety measures in the UK
- Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing
What you’ll bring
- A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do
- An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment
- Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website)
- Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in the UK
- A clean, professional and service oriented approach
- Must be licensed to work in London (W1, SW3, WC2)
- A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
