We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team within our Warwickshire Community Equipment Service Centre. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll be working as part of engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done.
Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life.
About the role:
- Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment
- Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist with the installers
- Logging special orders and communicating receipts to the customer services team
- Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner
- Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed
- Decontamination of community equipment
- Day to day efficient running of the warehouse and decon areas
- Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing
- You will be required to participate in an ad-hoc weekend rota
- You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion
What are we looking for?
- Previous warehouse/decontamination experience is desirable however full training will be provided
- Computer literate – previous experience of using stock management systems would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the team and external suppliers
- Keen to develop within the role and company
- Hard working, driven and motivated
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
