What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: 5 Principals
Key duties:
- Traditional EA duties; diary management
- Scheduling meetings / calendar management
- Booking travel, domestic & international
- Managing Expenses
- Ad hoc support in other areas of business
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- Previous EA experience, ideally from Consultancy
- Experience ideally from a fast paced environment
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office
- Can communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, including with third party suppliers and services
- Strong team player
- A positive 'can do' attitude
Qualifications: Strong academic background ideal
Availability: Immediately Available
