Greenfield Technologies has an exciting and varied maternity cover opportunity for an EA (with HR experience) to the CEO. You will report directly to, and work closely with the CEO, preparing and scheduling senior management meetings, including international travel arrangements. You will also be required to liaise directly with our external HR providers ensuring we operate best practice and are legislatively complaint in all our HR processes.
This is a fixed term opportunity, 37.75hrs/week for up to 12 months and based at our Head Office in Holywell (near Chester).
Key Accountabilities:
- To provide confidential support to the directors
- Preparation and scheduling of Senior Management meetings
- Organising Customer and Supplier visit arrangements and travel arrangements
- Liaising closely with our external HR providers in order to ensure best practice
- Ensuring legislative compliance is adhered to at all times
- To support Department Managers in all aspects of the resourcing process
- To facilitate the Employee Development Review (appraisal) process
- Ensuring fulfilment of the individual training and development needs identified
- Investigate and secure relevant employee-related funding and grant opportunities
- Effective management of the Equator Employee Records database
- Assist with the administration of Employee benefits package
- Liaise with our Occupational Health providers
- Effective maintenance of our insurance policies and claims database
Candidate Specification:
- An experienced HR/EA professional with experience of working with Senior Directors
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise with ease
- Experience of, and absolute discretion when handling matters of a confidential nature
- Ability to build relationships quickly and credibly with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exemplary communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude and the ability to use your own initiative
- Advanced IT skills, including significant Microsoft Office capability
- A good understanding of Employment law
- A Human Resources or Business qualification would be an advantage
