They are recruiting 2 positions one is to support the Chief Marketing Officer, after her EA retired. The other is to support the European President which is a newly created role. They are both 1:1 roles.Both roles will involve being your boss's right hand person. Being extremely organise to look after a very busy and ever changing diary including booking lots of international travel. The diary will as far as possible be planned 6- 12months in advance, although priorities may change as time progresses. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in project work and really be a sounding board for your boss. The EAs in this company at this level are very much involved in the business, good at networking internally and really work in partnership with their boss.
In either role you will be working for inspirational women who are forward thinking, very bright and really value their EA.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office in central London and 2 days a week from home.
The Successful Applicant
You will:
- Be an EA who has supported at Board level for a large business with a complex structure
- Ideally have worked in FMCG but this certainly isn't a prerequisite
- Be proactive, able to really be on top of the diary and forward plan
- As well as being highly professional you will be warm, empathetic and really enjoy being an EA and making your boss's life easier

£60,000 - £70,000 (depending on the candidate) plus bonus and benefits
