E-commerce Specialist / Sales Administrator

A hands-on role, you will be confident working on a variety of tasks ranging from creating engaging content, optimising online product descriptions, Google Analytics to track and improve online performance, ROI etc. & daily sales administration - processing orders, answering customer queries promptly work collectively with the wider teams including Marketing, Stores, Sales etc.
This opportunity will also offer long term growth and progression, with a view to growing your own team as the online presence/demands grow.
Technical skills required:
- Comfortable working with WordPress & WooCommerce (or similar)
- Confident with Photoshop, Canva or similar design tools
- Expert user of Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Comfortable manipulating data in spreadsheets (excel/google sheets)
- Confidently research, collate and summarise information from different sources about the website's users and industry
- Spot patterns, gaps and repetitions in web content
- Able to perform effective SEO and attractive content with a view to convert into sales
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively
A typical day will include, but are not limited to;
- Online - Managing, updating, and uploading of product listings
- Orders - Process orders and respond to customer queries within agreed SLA’s, ensure daily online orders have been dispatched, and delivered to end customer
- Accurately update product information, stock, pricing on company website
- Optimise product listing to increase sales conversion
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues to effectively communicate product launches, retail campaigns and promotions
- Optimising the online customer experience (Front-end), ensuring SEO is written and up to date for each web page/product
- Using Google Analytics to track/improve sales and website performance
- Efficiently running campaigns on Google Shopping and other digital advertising platforms
Additional Information:
- Monday to Friday - we can offer 5 over 7 if a weekend day(s) is preferred.
- 9.30am - 5.30pm.
- Free on-site parking

- Hybrid working, office base is Holbeck, Leeds.
