We have an opportunity for E-Commerce Specialist position to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for online marketing and e-commerce sales of a British luxury sock brand, Peper Harow. Here is the website: www.peperharowengland.com
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will directly report to the Company Director and the main duties and responsibilities for the role will include, but will not be limited to:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR) (Required):
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Coordinate and manage brand events, press releases, and media campaigns.
Social Media Paid Ads (Required):
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, and Pinterest.
- Monitor ad performance, providing regular reporting on ROI and campaign metrics to the director.
- Adjust and refine campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
Email Marketing:
- Design, create, and send engaging email campaigns targeting different customer segments.
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, ensuring Peper Harow's email campaigns remain effective and compliant.
Graphic Design (Preferred):
- Design visually compelling digital and print assets for the website, email campaigns, social media, other digital channels, and print media when applicable.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with design trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the brand's digital presence.
Other Duties:
Assist with managing incoming online orders, ensuring transactions are correctly received, and addressing queries as necessary.
Work in tandem with the E-commerce team to brainstorm and apply strategies to augment website traffic, conversion rate, and sales targets.
Assist with the development and management of an affiliate program strategy.
Provide support during trade shows and events as required.
Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure cohesive and complementary marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints.
Any other relevant tasks as directed by the management.
- Good knowledge of SEO, google analytics, AdWords, email marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in running a fashion ecommerce business
- Experience with social media including Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta, Pinterest
- Experience with PR and affiliate marketing
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with customer services
- IT and Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging and fast moving environment as part of friendly and dynamic team.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
