Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to the company's online store
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, and opportunities for growth
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analyze website analytics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay and more!
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
