Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust contains the largest Procurement department the the NHS with over 130 colleagues and works closely with Greater Manchester Procurement and key local NHS Trusts.
Working in the E-Commerce department the E-Commerce Procurement Specialist will have a greatly varied role, taking on Catalogue Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Contracting activities. The role is a key role in the Procurement department maintaining key links between Purchase to Pay and Purchasing specialties.
Individuals will have the opportunity to work in a diverse professional team with learning opportunities such as NW Skills development training and CIPS.
Daily maintenance and management of catalogues and supplier relationship portfolio's, liaising with key stakeholders both internal and connected to develop the departments presence in the Trust. Catalogue requisition production, Service Desk queries and Invoice disputes will form part of routine daily tasks in addition to core supplier work
