About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Marketplaces Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eCommerce and is willing to learn. You will be responsible for managing product listings on Amazon and other Marketplace platforms, as well as assisting with inventory management and creating advertising campaigns on these platforms

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor listings on marketplaces and sales channels, such as Amazon and eBay, to ensure accurate product information and inventory management.
• Maintain the website inventory, ensuring products and stock levels are up to date, while ensuring competitive pricing.
• Create, develop and test Amazon and eBay advertising in line with company-wide campaigns and objectives
• Work with internal teams to resolve product issues and customer inquiries
• Work with internal teams to resolve eCommerce platform issues and concerns
• Provide ongoing assistance to internal teams with Amazon and Marketplace platform issues
• Work with internal teams on new product launches
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required skills and experience:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box when necessary.
• Sound numerical abilities and outstanding command of grammar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is excited about learning new technologies and wants to grow with us!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
