THE OPPORTUNITY
Introducing an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Ecommerce team as B2B Ecommerce Manager.
During your first year you will have the exciting opportunity to focus on our established B2B wholesale websites for our global Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery brands to cover a Maternity leave position. You will then switch your focus to include our B2C sites to support the growth of our dynamic, growing business.
You will make an impact by delivering a best-in-class online experience for our customers and ensuring sites are performing against targets. Working with the internal Marketing, Design and Purchasing teams, you will ensure websites are merchandised, messaged and operating at their full sales potential. You will also support the customer services and warehousing teams to ensure the complete Ecommerce business is operating in harmony for our customers.
You can predominantly work from home in this position but will be required to travel into our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire once a month on average for key meetings, but may flex up and down dependant on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Managing the day-to-day Wholesale Ecommerce function. You lead by example, be actively involved in merchandising, implementing onsite campaigns and managing feature developments
- Project managing all onsite trading activity, defining project milestones and communicating with stakeholders throughout the business
- Managing all operational issues for the global wholesale eCommerce websites. E.g. Postage rates and tax setup to integration with our bespoke warehousing system
- Monitoring key relevant metrics via analytics dashboards. Reporting to the business on a weekly and monthly basis
- Analysing the onsite customer journey, identifying trends such as highly converting pages, bounce rates and problem exit points then work with the wholesale Ecommerce team to implement fixes to continuously development wholesale websites with a focus on increasing conversions and improving the user experience
- Ensuring that sites are at all times updated with scalability and adaptability in mind
- Future proofing catalogue setup for international expansion and the unique wholesale business needs
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the online business works in synergy with other areas of the business, helping to maximise opportunities across all channels
- Ensuring that all direct marketing campaigns are properly tracked and analysed
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Excellent eCommerce experience gained within an online environment, ideally wholesale, preferably in fashion, jewellery or accessories
- A proven track record of managing processes and indirectly people, to effectively deliver a best in class online experience
- Excellent awareness and understanding of website development, website UI design, usability, SEO and reporting
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and functionality, ideally with experience of working on the Magento 2 platform
- Excellent market awareness and analytical skills, particularly useful for the early stages of the role when developing capability. Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence
- A self-starter, able to work autonomously and within teams
- Accountable by nature with the desire to make an impact. Keen to take ownership in a role with confidence and enthusiasm
- Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brands perspective keeping within their core values and design
- Positive and inspiring manager, team player and a confident communicator
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Magento would be advantageous
PERFECTLY PACKAGED
- A salary of £37,000 - £47,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
