Position Statement:
The Marketing and eCommerce Consulting Executive will be responsible for enabling Hilton hotels in EMEA to reach adequate online presence and visibility levels to drive online channel performance, as well as connecting hotels to enterprise activities through online support and self-service toolkits.
You will provide hotels with best practice guidelines across multiple subject matters and topics, while prioritising activities that drive revenue.
Position Summary:
The Specialist will support and report into the Marketing & eCommerce Consulting Manager and is responsible for optimisation of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting programs and initiatives, which support and drive transactions for Hilton branded Digital outlets in the EMEA.
The Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel-level digital outlets maintain optimal levels of presence and performance.
- Leverage eCommerce Consulting Best Practices and where necessary, proactively collect additional insight to formulate an accurate and relevant response to service hotels.
- Support with delivering monthly performance reporting and always ensure data accuracy for EMEA hotel portfolio, highlighting risks and opportunities for commercial activation.
- Grow personal and team knowledge, primarily focused on eCommerce and marketing topics. Further, build an understanding of the wider Hilton eco-system to redirect queries to the relevant department, when necessary.
- Actively participate in initiatives assigned by the line manager or senior manager targeted at delivering business value to the EMEA-wide enterprise.
- Proactively participate in formal and informal ideation processes to feed initiatives into the enterprise-wide value workstream.

Required Skills and Experiences
- Customer Service focused individual
- Data proficiency and experience using reporting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptionally high standards of quality in personal work outputs
- Excellent time management skills and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgement capability
- Proficient in MSOffice Suite
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- To hold a BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- To have some proven experience in a relevant field
- Additional Requirements: 2 days office presence with Wednesday being mandatory
- CRM Systems knowledge (eg. Salesforce)
- Commercial Reporting experience, ideally including advanced level Excel skills and PowerBI or MicroStrategy
