Position Summary
The e-commerce Media Sorter sorts and scans all printed materials, including books, DVD’s, Blu-Rays, computer software, video games, and CD’s. By scanning, the Media Sorter selects items for online sales, creating additional revenue opportunities for the Organization.
Essential Duties

1. Scans all media to determine which should be sold online.
2. Based on the handheld scanner, sorts the media as saleable or salvage.
3. Removes all trash and debris that are mixed in with the media from the scanning area, and into the trash.
4. Removes all non-media related donations that are mixed in with the media from the scanning area, and into a TBB for future sorting.
5. Assists in moving saleable media into e-commerce Listers as needed.
6. Assists in refilling and moving media boats as needed.
7. Assists e-commerce Shipper as time allows.

?• E-commerce research and listing experience, or equivalent knowledge from personal on-line sales experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Goodwill's product sales lines (i.e. books, DVD's, video games, computer software, CD's, etc.), preferred.
